On 2 November 2012, SME Bank Berhad has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, J.P. of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as Receiver and Manager of the assets of Gulf Golden Square Sdn. Bhd. (621604-U) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 28 August 2008. The Debenture is registered in the Register of Charges under number 003.
