On 4 April 2013, SME Bank Berhad has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, J.P. of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as Receiver and Manager of the assets of Clean & Healthy Foods Sdn. Bhd. (722622-T) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 24 August 2007 and 20 November 2008. The Debenture is registered in the Register of Charges under number 001 and 002.
