On 29 October 2013, SME Bank Berhad has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, J.P. of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as Receiver and Manager of the assets of Ghadaf Marble Sdn. Bhd. (57132-V) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 26 July 2006. The Debenture is registered in the Register of Charges under number 001.
