On 20 September 2016, CIMB Bank Berhad (13491-P) has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN JP and Mr. Ng Choon Jin of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as joint Receivers and Managers of the assets of Europe Asia Agro Venture Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (469289-V) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 20 April 2007, 29 July 2008 and 7 April 2009.
