Notice is hereby given to the general public that Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, JP was duly appointed as Liquidator of Gunung Kabel Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 54118-D) (In Liquidation). The appointment was made through the sealed Winding Up Order dated 26 September 2007 [High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, Companies (Winding-Up) No: D4-28-858-2006].

An invitation is hereby given to the Creditors of Gunung Kabel Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 54118-D) (In Liquidation) to submit Form 55 (Rule 81) Proof of Debt General Form as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 to the Liquidator no later than 12.00p.m. on 14 July 2011 (Thursday).

Three (3) advertisements were placed on Friday (1 July 2011) at The Star, Saturday (2 July 2011) at Nanyang and Monday (4 July 2011) at Utusan Malaysia.
