Notice is hereby given to the general public that Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, JP was duly appointed as Liquidator of Isberg Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 541812-H) (In Liquidation) (Under Receivership). The appointment was made through the sealed Winding Up Order dated 12 May 2011 [High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, Companies (Winding-Up) No: D28-NCC-602-2010].

A final invitation is hereby given to the Creditors of MMT Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 418863-A) (In Liquidation) to submit Form 55 (Rule 81) Proof of Debt General Form as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 to the Liquidator no later than 12.00p.m. on 17 January 2012 (Tuesday).
