On 27 June 2016, Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (3755-M) has appointed Mr. Ng Choon Jin of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as Receiver and Manager of the assets of Kist Aviation Academy Sdn. Bhd. (845815-D) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 7 December 2012. The Debenture is registered in the Register of Charges under number 001, 002, 003 and 004.
