(808341-K) had advertised on major newspapers for an invitation to Tender for Sale of Assets located at Shah Alam Seksyen U5, Mah Sing Integrated Industrial Park, Selangor Darul Ehsan strictly on an as-is-where-is basis.

The Liquidator of VESACHEM SDN. BHD. (44808-H) (In Liquidation) would like to invite offers to purchase the following assets:-

Description of the Property

A single storey warehouse known as Lot 407, No. 20, Jalan Utarid U5/15, Seksyen U5, Mah Sing Integrated Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring 21,829 square feets (2,028 square metres) with remaining lease term of approximately 80 years and 7 months.

Description of the Other Assets

- One (1) unit of Lorry, 5 tonnes;

- One (1) unit of Forklift, 2.5 tonnes; and

- Various type of chemical stocks
