We invite offers to purchase an extended 1 1/2 storey semi-detached factory (approx. 5,285 sq ft) at No. 29, Lorong Industri Ringan 1, Kawasan Perindustrian Ringan Juru, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang on an “as-is-where-is” basis.
