(808341-K) had advertised on major newspapers for an invitation to Tender for Sale of Assets located at 101, Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, Banting, 42700 Banting, Selangor Darul Ehsan strictly on an as-is-where-is basis.

The Liquidator of JASA JELAS SDN. BHD. (437811-X) (In Liquidation) would like to invite offers to purchase the following assets:-

Description of the Assets:-

- Total of 7 contiguous commercial lots with total land are measuring 1,300.62 m2 (14,000 sq.ft.).

- Single-storey main station building, forecourt canopy and a car shed with combine floor area measuring 285.85 m2 (3,077 sq.ft.).

Other Assets:

- All plant & machineries in the building.
