Notice is hereby given to the general public that Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, JP was duly appointed as Liquidator of MAGPIE RESOURCES SDN. BHD. (Co. No: 253223-M)(In Liquidation). The appointment was made through the sealed Winding Up Order dated 8 February 2012 [High Court of Malaya at Ipoh, Companies (Winding-Up) No: 28-70-1999].

No: 253223-M) (In Liquidation) to submit Form 55 (Rule 81) Proof of Debt General Form as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 to the Liquidator no later than 12.00p.m. on 13 June 2012 (Wednesday).
