Notice is hereby given to the general public that Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN, JP was duly appointed as Liquidator of MMT Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 418863-A) (In Liquidation). The appointment was made through the sealed Winding Up Order dated 30 November 2010 [High Court of Malaya at Penang, Companies (Winding-Up) No: 28-109-2010].

A final invitation is hereby given to the Creditors of MMT Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 418863-A) (In Liquidation) to submit Form 55 (Rule 81) Proof of Debt General Form as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 to the Liquidator no later than 12.00p.m. on 28 July 2011 (Thursday).

Three (3) advertisements were placed on Sunday (17 July 2011) at The Star, Monday (19 July 2011) at Utusan Malaysia and Tuesday ( 19 July 2011) at Nanyang.
