On 19 April 2017, Hap Seng Credit Sdn. Bhd. (88601-H) has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN JP & Mr. Ng Choon Jin of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as joint Receivers and Managers for all that piece of freehold land held under Individual Title GRN 250693, Lot 30237, Mukim of Seremban, District of Seremban and State of Negeri Sembilan ("Charged Asset") of Perniagaan Sin Hup Soon Sdn. Bhd. (784781-T) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 25 May 2015.
