Throughout the period of 5 July 2013 to 12 July 2013, S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. (808341-K) had advertised for an invitation to Tender for Sale or Lease of Land & Building, Machineries & Equipments on major newspapers.

The Receiver and Manager of CLEAN & HEALTHY FOODS SDN. BHD. (722622-T) (Under Receivership) would like to invite offers to either purchase (Reserve Price : RM8 million) or rental of RM100,000 per month for all of the following assets located at Plot D01, Jalan Tanjung Pelepas A5, Pelepas Free Zone Distripark A, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Gelang Patah, Johor strictly on an “as-is-where-is” basis. The bidders’ proposed business activity shall be premised on import and export trade which will contribute to PTP, a major container hub in the region.

Building :

• - Factory Building consisting factory area, cold room(s), warehouse measuring 41,600 sq. ft.
• - Double Storey Office Building consisting office area(s), working area(s), laboratory, store and toilets measuring 9,120 sq. ft.
• - Loading Bay Area measuring 6,400 sq. ft.

Machineries & Equipments :

• - Cold Rooms
• - 19 Unit Cooler consisting various models
• - Lighting Luminaires
• - Production Equipment consisting Platform Weighing Scale, Voltage Stabilizer, Tanks, Saw Machine, Packaging Machine, Grading Machine & etc
• - Other Equipment consisting Water Storage Tank, Fire Fighting Pump & etc

The purchase of the above assets is subject to the bidder’s sublease of Plot D01 of PTD 2423, Mukim Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru measuring 5.38 acres being consented by Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd. (Co No. : 328719-K) and Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor for a period until 23/3/2025 with optional extension for another 30 years.
