On 6 February 2017, Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad (49572-H) has appointed Datuk Ng Seing Liong, PJN JP & Mr. Ng Choon Jin of S.L.NG CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. as joint Receivers and Managers of the assets of Sara-Timur Properties Sdn. Bhd. (595751-V) under the powers contained in the Debenture dated 28 September 2006, 10 November 2008 and 12 September 2014.
